How we work with travel agents, advisors and tour operators. These terms apply to bookings made through a Walking Holiday Ireland partner account and sit alongside our general booking conditions.
Nett rates are for the travel trade only: registered travel agents, independent travel advisors, tour operators and listing partners. They are confidential, must not be published, and may only be used to sell Walking Holiday Ireland holidays to your own clients.
Commission is built into the nett rate. We confirm your tier when we open your account; you can move up at any time.
Single-room and solo-walker supplements, extra nights and add-ons are charged at cost and are non-commissionable.
You invoice your own client at your own selling price. Silver and Gold partners sell at or above our published retail price (RRP), so that our Price Match Promise to direct customers is not undercut. We invoice you the nett rate.
Send booking requests through the partner portal or by email at least 21 days before arrival. A request is not a booking: we check every B&B on the route first and reply within 2 working days with a confirmation or an alternative. We do not pre-book or hold rooms, so a confirmed booking is one where every room is secured.
Date changes before we have confirmed the rooms are free. After confirmation, changes and cancellations follow our general booking conditions; where a B&B has already charged us, that cost is passed on at cost. Please make sure your clients hold travel insurance.
Route notes, our app with digital maps and GPS, and a 24/7 support number are sent before departure. During the walk your clients contact us directly for anything on the ground. We pass dietary needs, allergies and mobility notes to every B&B on the route.
Photos, maps and descriptions we supply may be used to promote Walking Holiday Ireland holidays under your own brand. Please credit photographs where a credit is supplied. Client details you send us are used only to run the booking and are handled under our privacy policy.
