Why agencies work with us

We’re a small, family-run ground handler that does one thing: self-guided walking and hiking holidays in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We’ve looked after more than 3,400 walkers since 2012, and work with agencies and tour operators across Europe, North America and Australia.

What you get as a partner

Commission built in

Every rate is nett. Invoice your client at your own selling price — our RRP is shown so you can position yours.

Any date, any group size

No fixed departures and no minimum numbers. Your clients start on whatever date suits them, from March to October.

Tailor-made on request

Shorter or longer stages, extra nights, rest days, or two trails joined up. Ask and we’ll price it.

Free marketing material

High-resolution photos, route maps and tour descriptions for your brochure, website or social channels — cleared for your use.

Looked after on the trail

Our app with digital maps and GPS, route notes, daily bag transfers and 24/7 local support. Your walkers call us, not you.

A person, not a call centre

Every email and call reaches Cliff or Louise — the people who walk the routes and choose the B&Bs.

    Register once

Questions agencies ask

How does commission work?

Commission is built into the nett rate: 12% for Bronze (advisors and one-off agent bookings) and 16.7% for Silver listing partners. Gold tours are designed and priced individually. You invoice your client at your own price; we invoice you the nett rate. Single-room and solo supplements are charged at cost and are non-commissionable.

Is there a minimum group size or fixed departure?

No. Tours run on any date between 1 March and 31 October, for one walker or more.

How much notice do you need?

21 days before arrival, so we can secure accommodation. Shorter notice is sometimes possible — ask us.

What are the payment terms?

Bronze: a 20% deposit when you book and the balance 42 days before arrival. Silver and Gold: no deposit — we invoice you 30 days before departure, with full payment due on the departure day. Rates are in euro.

Can you hold rooms for us?

We don’t pre-book or set aside B&B rooms, so we can’t offer priority allocations. What we do is confirm every room on the route before we confirm your booking, so a confirmed booking is a real one.

Why do I have to register to see rates?

Our nett rates are for the travel trade only. Registering takes two minutes and gives you the full rate sheet, supplements and marketing material in one place.
